Prayer

…leads in every Women’s Ministry Leadership Team meeting as well as planned events. We ask for the Lord’s guidance and blessing in all we do.

 

Worship & Praise

…is best exhibited at the annual Rest Stop Mini Retreat, the Ladies Spring Tea, and Sister Saturday.

 

Fellowship

…is experienced at every function, but it combines with lots of fun at the Dessert & a Show, Sister  Saturday, shopping trips to Canton, and the annual Craft Night in November.

 

Teaching & Discipleship

…are blessings at several events, including the special recommendation to attend the annual Women of Faith Conference and the Women of the Church of God Convention whenever possible.

 

Servant Outreach

…has been through a Baby Shower and Giving Tree for the Crisis Pregnancy Center and the Appreciation Dinners for the church’s teachers, pastors, and leaders.

 

Outreach in the past has also extended to prisoner’s families through Exodus Ministries. Assistance is provided in many forms to those who need a helping hand through difficult experiences.

 

Our local church body outreach is in the form of volunteers with the MaryMartha Ministries. Assistance is provided in many forms to those who need a helping hand through difficult experiences.

 

We strive to be a self-sufficient ministry by sponsoring fundraisers like Dessert & a Show and the annual Baked Goods Silent Auction. With these monies, partial scholarships are available for women needing assistance with expenses of planned retreats. Our desire is to enable as many women as possible to participate and reduce as much expense as we can.
